Kristi Jarvis got her start in multifamily property management while attending Tyler Junior College as a leasing consultant in 1985. She was quickly promoted with the firm and moved to Dallas where she worked as an onsite manager until 1990 when she moved back to Tyler to be closer to her family. Over the next few years, while working onsite, she began to take training courses to increase her knowledge of the field. Eventually she was promoted to Regional Property Supervisor for the Texas division of the management company that she worked for. During that time in the industry she took notice of Wright-Way’s work and their growing reputation as one of the most reputable management companies in East Texas.
In 2001 Kristi was offered the opportunity to oversee the management of a property for Wright-Way in which a total renovation of facility and clientele was being initiated. Kristi was excited by the challenge and jumped at the opportunity to put her skills to work where they would make a difference. With time and dedication she was vital in helping Wright-Way and the property owners achieve their goals of transforming the property into something the community could be proud of.
Since then Kristi was invited to join our corporate management team. Over the past decade she has overseen the long-term strategic financial planning of over 450 properties. She works hands on in every aspect of the management of Wright-Way’s rental properties, dealing directly with residents, owners and vendors; investigating, mediating and resolving issues in a timely and professional manor.
Kristi considers in an honor to be a member of the Wright-Way family. She says, “The most wonderful gifts are working for a local company, run by honest people, who provide an energy efficient work environment and make you feel like one of the family.”
